Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for stock handling, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in executing tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
