Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders accurately.
• Move merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
