Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts. You will collaborate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance warehouse operations and achieve set goals. This role requires individuals who can work independently, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively within a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organizes work efficiently and executes tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, and walking in varying temperatures.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
