1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling of merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently, following company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization, ability to follow instructions, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
