Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution process.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and fulfill orders from stores.
• Handle and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving set goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
