Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of products and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment effectively.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
