Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to support our stores' operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
