2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. This position offers an opportunity to work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The warehouse associate plays a crucial role in the efficient movement of merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment and receiving.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
