Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and maintain document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
