We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by collaborating with team members and assisting customers.
- Participate in stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and keeping the store organized.
- Follow company policies, contribute to inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and issues.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash management procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks according to standards.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
