Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist in managing store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a productive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper product merchandising.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and address operational issues as they arise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment and handle merchandise efficiently.
