Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Take part in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures while upholding document security.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
