Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team on the 2nd Shift. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.
- Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
