Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload shipments and back-hauls.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and contribute to process improvements.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
