2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be part of a dedicated team in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs will equip you with the skills needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines while operating equipment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
