2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to support our store operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
