Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
- Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Perform general cleaning and warehouse maintenance.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Assist in achieving warehouse goals and follow company procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.
- Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work both independently and in a team setting.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
