2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's dynamic team. This role offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
