Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and distributing products to our stores. The position is part-time, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, offering a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
