Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's team. The position offers full-time hours, with the opportunity to earn up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading for shipment, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure a smooth operation and contribute to process improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input on process improvements.
- Inspect and consult on product quality and safety concerns.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Engage in various physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting, and walking.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
