2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores in a timely manner. Working in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure the efficient operation of our distribution process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, efficiency, and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills, communication proficiency, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying.
