2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders. This position offers up to $28.75 per hour based on shift differentials, with schedules tailored to fit different preferences. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
