2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team and contribute to our warehouse operations. Our warehouse employees work less than 30 hours per week and play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
