Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to ensure efficient order fulfillment for our stores.
Shift Information
- Shift: 2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM
- Work schedules vary and include different rotation patterns.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Assist in process improvements as directed by management.
- Inspect product quality and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic proficiency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Demands
- Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
- Work in varied temperatures and environments.
- Perform tasks as directed within set safety guidelines.
