Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for store deliveries. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Move and organize merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and communicate with warehouse management.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capacity to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
