2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This Full-Time position with approximately 30-35 hours per week offers a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differentials. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
