2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise in the warehouse to fulfill store orders effectively. The position involves various tasks, including sorting and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and communicating with warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaborates effectively with the team.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive success.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks in the warehouse.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
