Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. The position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective warehouse operations.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
Education and Experience
High school diploma preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
