2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and drives for success.
• Efficient in organizing tasks and following procedures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and good communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate powered industrial equipment.
