Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker! You will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Position Type
- Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage
- $25.75 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input on process improvements and quality control.
- Inspect products and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Demonstrate conscientious, positive attitude, and resilience
- Ability to work efficiently and collaborate with a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
- Operate powered industrial equipment
- Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions
