Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment following safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organizes tasks and executes with accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
