2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, relocating, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Our team members work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring that products are ready for our stores to meet our customers' needs.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• Act conscientiously, collaboratively, and with a positive attitude.
• Drive for success and organize efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment.
