Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. As a key player in our team, you will contribute to maintaining warehouse appearance standards, interacting with peers and warehouse leadership, and actively participating in inventory counts. This position offers a dynamic work environment where collaboration and adherence to safety standards are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment efficiently.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide input to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
