2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
