2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing warehouse operations team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. You will play a key role in receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to efficiently fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for preparation and shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean workspace.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
