2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
