2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the growing warehouse operations at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse teams work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a comprehensive training and safety program to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments throughout the warehouse.
