Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee product receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational outcomes.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and manage service providers.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and provide training and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage expenses and inventory for optimal results.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Prior experience in warehouse management preferred.
