Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will work closely with the store manager to oversee daily operations, enhance team performance, and ensure a superior customer experience. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and leading team members, maintaining inventory, and upholding company standards.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations
• Provide guidance and expectations to team members for optimal performance
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Prior management experience preferred
