Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while fostering the growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
- Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
- Supervise day-to-day team operations and ensure the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
