Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence. This full-time position offers an average of 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Lead and inspire a team to achieve operational targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members for continuous growth.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and proper stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
