Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies to enhance team performance. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, maintaining store cleanliness, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
