Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cashiering duties, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your collaborative work with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels and store issues.
  • Operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
