Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Whether you're operating registers, stocking shelves, or providing exceptional customer service, each day will bring new challenges and opportunities.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Mutual Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and report relevant information to direct leaders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products, create well-merchandised displays, and operate machinery safely.
• Organize new inventory and adhere to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently and courteously.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
