Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well-organized, adequately stocked, and maintained at the highest standards. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Operate equipment efficiently and perform general cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
