Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Stock and merchandise products efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during shopping.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
