Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Whether you're operating registers, stocking shelves, or providing exceptional customer service, each day brings new and exciting challenges.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
• Report product feedback and assist with inventory management
• Adhere to cash-handling policies to ensure accuracy

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves following merchandising guidelines for product freshness
• Organize inventory, operate machinery, and ensure safety protocols
• Remove empty boxes and maintain a neat shopping environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus
• Combination of education and work experience considered
