Job Details

  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
