Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to maintaining the store's appearance, managing cash transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain product organization.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, adhere to cash handling procedures, and ensure store security.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Proficiency in equipment operation (hand jack, floor scrubber, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
