We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
